I only know Rudyard Kipling and _Profiles of Courage_. I'm betting the second is Anne Frank, though?
I might be the only regular reader who know that Prince Elric of Melnibone is the albino warrior with the fateful sword of the Michael Moorcock stories.
I knew Rudyard Kipling and Profiles in Courage before I looked at the other answers, but didn't know the others. I want to read Mr. Spaceman now, though.
